Q: What Sage Accpac® ERP products do you carry?
A: We carry training materials for Sage Accpac® ERP including training manuals and eLearning. Our training manuals are available printed or via PDF, and our eLearning is available by annual subscription. The modules we currently cover in our training materials are as follows:
Q: Can we make copies of your manuals once we purchase them?
A: Without a PDF license that is currently active, it is in violation of copyright to make any copies of our Process Manuals.
Q: Why is the PDF version more expensive?
A: If you are an end-user, the PDF version allows you to print as many internal copies as you want per our license agreement. If you are a reseller, you can resell our manuals to as many of your clients as possible. Thus, you have a fixed cost with unlimited revenue potential.
Q: What products for Microsoft Dynamics™ AX do you carry?
A: We carry several software and training products for Microsoft Dynamics™ AX. All of our software is developed with MorphX and X++ so the integration is seamless. Our software products for Microsoft Dynamics™ AX include the following:

Q: How do I buy your software?
A: For Microsoft Partners, you may purchase our products for resale by becoming a Red Maple partner. For end users, you may purchase our products through an authorized Microsoft Partner.
Q: I'm not sure who our partner is, can you help?
A: Of course, we would be happy to help you figure out who your current partner is.
Q: Do you provide end-user support for you products?
A: We provide support directly to our partners. We find this maximizes the support chain, as the partner knows your environment and installation, while we do not. If you partner finds a problem that they cannot resolve, they may contact us for support at that time.
Q: Do you support other languages for your products?
A: Yes. We have products installed all over the world in many different languages. Just because we are located in the United States does not mean we do not support other languages.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We have shipped to such places as Ghana, Australia, South America, Europe and even Canada. Due to customs restrictions and international carriers, we can never guarantee the date of arrival on our products. In many instances, we suggest the PDF Subscriptions as an alternative to shipping internationally. For software, we can deliver the product via download or e-mail. However, the user manuals are subject to the same restrictions as our training and process manuals.
Q: Do you carry any software besides Microsoft Dynamics™ AX tools and modules?
A: Only Microsoft Commerce Server 2007, which is a part of our Shopping Cart product. As an OEM partner, we provide the software bundled with our software--if the customer requests such.
Q: Are you still actively working with Sage Accpac® ERP?
A: Red Maple is no longer a dealer or Solution Provider for Sage Accpac® products. However, we are still certified consultants, and we still provide some services and keep very much abreast of on-going developments within Sage Accpac®'s products. In fact, we continue to exhibit at the major conferences such as Insights and TPAC.
Q: Red Maple? Are you Canadian?
A: Uh, no. We are not. We are mostly Texan. But thanks for asking. We like Canadians. We even like hockey. But we would much rather sweat in August than freeze in February.
