Advanced Pricing

Calculate pricing based on list price, cost plus, BOGOs, special pricing incentive fund (SPIFs), MAP, GSA and contexts. This feature enables you to handle complex computations and adjustments.

Recurring Billing

When paired with Red Maple Advanced Credit Cards for F&O, invoices can be paid automatically using the product’s “Autopay” feature. That means you can automatically charge customers every month or annually, depending on your needs. It’s simple and easy recurring billing.

Subscription Billing

Subscription billing provides companies a means of invoicing customers on a regularly scheduled basis. Each billing line in a contract may have a different schedule and billing type to meet your requirements. Subscription billing includes features like contract-specific pricing, volume discounts, and usage-based agreements.

Revenue Recognition

Accrue and amortize revenue or expenses based on the sale or purchase of goods. For items that require revenue recognition after the sale, our Dynamics 365 trade management solution tracks and provides amortization journals to speed up the process. Also, FASB ASC 606 rules are covered out of the box.

Do I have to host anything?

No, it is all hosted in Microsoft Azure.
What are the product requirements?

You need Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or Microsoft Dynamics. Optional modules include Red Maple Advanced Credit Cards for F&O, Red Maple Advanced Commissions for F&O, and Red Maple Clever Division.
